WILDBRAU HELLES 0,5L
Bavarian pale beer of the Helles Lager type, from the Wildbräu Grafing brewery - a brewery with tradition since 1616, located in Grafing, east of Munich. It is the house "signature beer", produced by infusion, fermented at 9°C, and left to mature for six weeks at 0°C before filtration. Straw-pale color, clear, with a fine, white foam. The taste is both spicy and mild, with a delicately sweet malty note, grains, white bread, and a subtle hint of honey. The bitterness is mild, balanced (17 BE), with a clean, slightly bitter finish. A classic Helles, "urbayerisch" - authentically Bavarian.
