AYINGER LAGER HELL 0,5L
Bavarian pale beer of the Lagerbier Hell (Münchner Hell) type, produced by Brauerei Aying Franz Inselkammer KG in Aying, Upper Bavaria - a family brewery with over 130 years of tradition, one of the most appreciated private breweries in the Munich region. The recipe has been refined over time, and the beer has been renamed "Lager Hell". Light-golden, clear color with a white head. The taste is full-bodied, velvety, and balanced: a mild maltiness at the beginning (cereals, honey, bread), followed by a pleasant hop bitterness - notes of citrus, grass, and a hint of pepper. Very good effervescence (fine bubbles), discreet finish, with a fine trace of bitterness on the tongue. "Ein vollmundig, frisch und süffig" - full-bodied, fresh, and easy to drink. Frequently used in the kitchen as well, for Bavarian beer dishes.
