WEIHENSTEPHANER HEFE WEISSBIER 0,5L
Bavarian Hefeweizen wheat beer (yeast-cloudy wheat beer), produced by the Bayerische Staatsbrauerei Weihenstephan in Freising, Bavaria - the oldest brewery in the world, in continuous operation since 1040. It is the classic assortment and the "star" of the brewery's range, considered by specialists to be the benchmark for the Hefeweizen style (ranked 1st in the Hefeweizen category on BeerAdvocate). Golden-amber color, naturally cloudy from the yeast, with a fine-pored white head. The taste is full, round, almost creamy: at the attack, fruity notes of banana and cloves (the spice) meet a subtle touch of spice, with white bread and sweet malt. A mild, harmonious, slightly sparkling finish, with a fine trace of yeast.
